Massive overhaul of the Shiny Collection pages including CSS. They have now been merged into their respective generational pages: II, III, & IV.

There is a now aResources page for some sprites stuff I've had to recreate to use on some CSS sheets that may interest others.

Pokemon Ruby has been added to the Shiny Collection page. I have also changed the thumbnails for this page so they're no longer gifs, just static images. It's easier on me this way...
